This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 127EAV25Q0041: Agua Chiquita Pipeline Supply Sacramento Ranger District Lincoln National Forest is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The Lincoln National Forest New Mexico has a requirement for the acquisition of rangeland improvement supplies for water development. The applicable NAICS is 332996-Fabricated Pipe and Pipe Fitting Manufacturing, for which the small business size standard is 550 Employees (PSC: 4710- Pipe Tube and Rigid Tubing). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04 dated June 11, 2025. The result of this requirement will be a Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. The contractor shall provide pricing in accordance with the Schedule of Items and specifications/salient characteristics sheet. Vendor shall complete the table in Section B-Schedule of Items with their offered prices. Vendor shall submit quote with Firm Fixed pricing to include delivery to destination. Failure to provide adequate information will result in the offer not being placed in the eligibility group of technically acceptable, which will remove the offer from further consideration.
