This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 127EAV25Q0008 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Location of project: Gila National Forest located in New Mexico has a requirement for Supply/Service of Portable Toilets and Handwash. The applicable NAICS is 562991Septic Tank and Related Services, for which the small business size standard in millions of dollars is $9.0 (PSC: W085). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation Circular 2025-03 dated 17 January 2025. The result of this requirement will be a Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so.
