This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05(effective date 05- 22-2024). This procurement is set aside for 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The NAICS code is 541620 and the Product Service Code of F099. The objective of this offering is the successful facilitation of ongoing efforts of the Santa Fe National Forest and support in establishing self-sustaining collaboratives with the Jemez Mountains Collaborative and the Arroyo Hondo Trails Project. Performance will be measured by the successful completion of quarterly leadership and coordination meetings, as well as additional meetings for various working groups. Agendas and notes for all meetings will be provided via Google Docs or another similar file sharing protocol. Overall goals of the project are to increase cooperation and to leverage resources among local municipalities, State and Federal governments, and other interested stakeholder organizations and individuals, toward accomplishing the shared goals for the Jemez Mountains area. These objectives will be measured in terms of successful collaboration on, and implementation of specific projects identified in the JMC working groups.
