This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05(effective date 05- 22-2024). This procurement is set aside for 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The NAICS code is 327320 and the Product Service Code of 3630.The Santa Fe National Forest(SFNF) is seeking to purchase a supply of concrete during Fiscal Year 2024. The concrete shall be delivered to a predetermined location as described in the Project Location section of the attachments. Final delivery will include 80 cubic yards of concrete consistent with mixing specifications and the pumping of concrete by hose into fabric bags supplied by the SFNF. The project delivery location is about a 1 hour drive up a steep, winding road from Las Vegas, NM. All interested contractors should factor in travel time on difficult terrain as well as the time it takes for the concrete to harden after it is mixed. Specifications and additional instructions are included as attachments. Contractors must be registered with the US FEDERAL GOVERNMENT SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM.gov) at the time of solicitation due date to be considered for a government contract. Offers are due no later than August 23, 2024, at 3:00 PM MDT. Final award will be based on the LPTA evaluation process. A fully filled out copy of the Schedule of Items will constitute a valid offer.
