Project: Sandia Ranger District Cibola National Forest Janitorial Introduction: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 127EAV24Q0079 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Location of project: Sandia Ranger District Cibola National Forest located in New Mexico has a requirement for Janitorial Services. The applicable NAICS is 561720 Janitorial Services, for which the small business size standard in millions of dollars is $22.0(PSC: S201). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation Circular 2024-05 dated May 22, 2024. The result of this requirement will be a Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. The contractor shall provide pricing in accordance with the Schedule of Items. Please include all applicable taxes in your quote. Contractor must be registered/active in SAM.gov on RFQ due date/time. Description: The Contractor shall furnish all the necessary labor, supervision, materials, supplies (except Government-Furnished property), transportation, a method of communication, and all incidentals to perform the janitorial services at the Sandia Ranger District Office located at 11776 Hwy 337 Tijeras, New Mexico 87059 and the Warehouse at the back of the property, including offices, lunchroom, elevator, conference rooms, entrance ways, corridors, lobbies, restrooms, showers and closets in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications of this quotation. Sandia District office is approximately 9,980 square feet. Sandia District Warehouse bathrooms/offices are approximately 1,000 square feet. Services shall be performed in a professional and satisfactory manner at the frequencies and during the times specified in the attached Statement of Work titled “Janitorial Services Sandia Ranger District”. Pre-Award Site Visit: Prior to the Request for Quotation (RFQ) closing date, the bidder may contact the Sandia Ranger District Office at (505)281-3304 to request a site visit. All answers will be posted to SAM.gov no later than August 1, 2024, and any questions submitted after this date will not be accepted. Deadline for Response: Please send all quotes by email only to shavera.leveille@usda.gov. Quotes must be received on or before 1700 Mountain Time August 7, 2024. Period of Performance: August 28, 2024, to August 27, 2025, with four (4) option years. The Government reserves the right not to exercise the option year(s). Basis for Award: Offers will be reviewed for conformance to the requirements of RFQ. Award will be made on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer that meets or exceeds the acceptability standards for technical factors listed in section M of the attached solicitation.
