This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 127EAV24Q0018 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SETASIDE. Location of project: Las Vegas Ranger District Santa Fe National Forest located in New Mexico has a requirement for Janitorial Services. The applicable NAICS is 561720 Janitorial Services, for which the small business size standard in millions of dollars is $22.0(PSC: S201). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation Circular 2024-03 dated February 23, 2024. The result of this requirement will be a Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. Contractor must be registered/active in SAM.gov on RFQ due date/time. Project: Las Vegas Ranger District Santa Fe National Forest NM Janitorial with four (4) option years. Period of Performance: April 01, 2024, to March 31, 2025, with four (4) option years. The government reserves the right not to exercise the option year(s). Description: Janitorial Services per Scope of Work, specifications, attachments, terms, and conditions. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that janitorial services are performed at Las Vegas Ranger District at 1926 N. 7th Street, Las Vegas, New Mexico 87701, in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The contractor shall accomplish all cleaning tasks and be required to provide and replenish soap and paper products in all restrooms identified in Appendix A and the Statement of Work (SOW). The area under contract will include approximately 4,434 square feet of office space and all related areas such as entrance ways, corridors, lobbies, two (2) restrooms, closets, and kitchen.
