This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 127EAV24Q0017 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Location of project: The Carson and Sante Fe National Forests located in New Mexico has a requirement for the rental of a motor grader. The applicable NAICS is 532412 Construction, Mining and Forestry Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing, for which the small business size standard in millions of dollars is $40.0 (PSC: W038). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in e?ect through Federal Acquisition Regulation Circular 2024-03 dated February 23, 2024. The result of this requirement will be a Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so.
