The government is soliciting quotes to procure a square tubing 120’ X 100’ structural tent, that will house our incident support and fire supplies. The structure will require access from more than one side, as inventory will be coming in and returning back to be cleaned and restocked for later use. The structure must be grounded and secured in its place, and able to withstand strong winds. Once secured, side panels will need be installed, with openings located as directed. This will be discussed with the successful vendor after award. It should be secure enough to stand without safety issues for the duration of the entire 120-day rental or longer. There is an Amendment 2 for this solicitation that includes a few more questions and answers.
