The intent of this solicitation is to provide, service, and maintain 2 fully functional portable toilets and 1 handwash unit to the Capitan Work Center, Smokey Bear Ranger District, throughout the 2024 fire season. Toilets and handwash units will provide sufficient sanitation and support the health and well-being of permanent, seasonal, and temporary employees and visitors. Existing toilets and handwash facilities at the Capitan Work Center will not adequately support operations and fail to meet the sanitation and safety needs of additional employees present during the fire season.
