This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subparts 13.1 and 37.1, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as Request for Quote (RFQ) 127EAV24Q0007 Carson National Forest El Rito Ranger District NM Janitorial Services FY 2024. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-02 and are available in full text through Internet access at http://www.acquisition.gov/far. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720 Janitorial Services, and the small business size standard is $22 Million. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible small business concerns may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Forest Service. See attached solicitation package and list of attachments. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that janitorial services are performed at El Rito Ranger District at Building 1221 State Road 554, El Rito, NM 87530, in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance in accordance with the statement of work, specifications, attachments, terms, and conditions attached.
