The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, supplies, and incidentals necessary to provide for the full demolition and removal of the fire cache building, the concrete stem walls, footings, and 3 wood decks with stairs. The contractor shall also import soil and backfill and compact the remaining voids. The building is a wood stud wall building constructed on an 8” thick concrete stem wall which rises 2’-6” above grade. It is assumed the stem wall continues 2’ below grade to a footing, assume 8” thick x 16” wide.
