The USDA Forest Service (FS) Southwestern Region (R3) has a requirement to secure a qualified vendor who can provide a contract to provide three (3) camp trailers. All labor, parts and products installed, must meet manufacturer’s specifications, this includes all non-OEM aftermarket items which may be necessary to meet specifications. Camp Trailers will be used by the road maintenance crew for project work in the forest. The camp trailers will be delivered to the locations listed on the schedule of items. Anticipated Period of Performance: Trailers delivered within 260 calendar days after receipt of the notice to proceed with the order. Evaluation: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable
