This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02 (effective date 03-16-2023). This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 238990, and Product Service Code of 5660. Solicitation 127EAV23Q0017 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The Gila National Forest, Black Range Ranger District is soliciting quotations on a competitive basis from qualified organizations to enter a firm fixed price contract for fencing materials/wooden stays. Responses to solicitation 127EAV23Q0017 must be in accordance with specifications which can be found in the attached documents. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. Award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Contractors must be registered with the US FEDERAL GOVERNMENT SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM.gov), at the time of solicitation due date, in order to be considered for a Government contract. Information regarding these requirements and how to register may be obtained from http://www.sam.gov. Offers are being accepted by electronic mail at brandon.jones2@usda.gov. Offers must be submitted using the attached form and signed by company officer with contact information, UEI#, and are due no later than 2:00 PM, MDT on May 12, 2023.
