AMENDMENT 0001 This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for SUPPLIES and SERVICES prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subparts 13.1 and 37.1, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as Request for Quote (RFQ) 127EAV22Q0043. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-59 and are available in full text through Internet access at http://www.acquisition.gov/far. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is Exterminating and Pest Control Services and the small business size standard is $12 Million. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible small business concerns may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Forest Service. The Government requires supply of the material/services described in these documents for the Carson National Forest delivered to Canon Admin Site, Camino Real, Canjilon, El Rito, Jicarilla, Questa and Tres Piedras Ranger Districts.
