The area under contract will include the Main Office Building and all related areas such as entrance ways, corridors, lobbies, conference room, two (2) restrooms, closets and kitchen; as well as the Fire Readiness/Workout Room and all related areas such as entrance ways, restroom, open common areas/fitness area, and kitchen.
