This is not a solicitation. This notice does not constitute a Request for Bid, Request for Quote or Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The US Forest Service, Region 3 Acquisition Management Office with the Region 3 Regional Office is conducting market analysis with this RFI to seek information from industry (small business concerns) to assist with the refinement, development and planning to determine the most suitable approach for acquiring and fulfilling the needs associated with Toilet pumping and wastewater services for National Forests located in the States of Arizona and New Mexico, on an as needed basis, for the United States Forest Service, Southwestern Region 3, as identified in the attached Draft Contract Specifications. All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intention to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than 14 February 2022, 1700 MT.
