USDA ARS requires Maize Winter Nursery Services in Chile involving approximately 1,500 nursery rows. The contractor must provide all field activities, including land preparation, planting, monitoring, weed and pest control, pollination, irrigation, fertilization, harvesting, drying, shelling, progress reporting, inspections, fumigation as required, and seed preparation for return shipment. Performance will occur in Chile. The period of performance is October 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027. Offerors must submit pricing using the attached Schedule of Items and include all costs necessary to perform the requirement.
