It is expected that the contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, supplies, needed to perform all work required which includes servicing. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial services, as supplemented with the additional information in this notice. The solicitation is issued under Solicitation Number 127EAU23Q0051 and the solicitation is included in this notice as an attachment. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. If interested please review the solicitation in its entirety and return your complete offer no later than 1:00 PM MDT on Thursday, June 29, 2023. All interested firms are advised that registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) is required to be eligible for award of contract. For more information, please check the SAM website at https://www.sam.gov. Registration in SAM is free. The Forest Service contemplates award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of the combined synopsis/ solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
