APACHE SITGREAVES National Forest/ BLACK MESA RANGER DISTRICT /US Forest Service/ United States Department of Agriculture Is looking for procurement of JANITORIAL CLEANING that fits into the associated Statement of Work. The Government anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract for one initial and four option years of service. Each offer must show a breakdown giving price of each element, provide descriptive literature or information showing that the offered services meet all parts of the Statement of Work. Vendors responding to this announcement shall submit their quote in accordance with FAR 52.212-1. The basis for award is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. "LPTA" means the expected outcome of the acquisition that result from selection of the technically acceptable proposal with the lowest evaluated price. Pursuant to FAR 52.212-2, the criteria for evaluation are: (1) Technical Specifications, (2) Price, and must also have satisfactory Past Performance. You must be current with SAM Registration at time of award. Somewhere in the solicitation you will need to list your UEI/DUNS #. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07. (iv) This procurement is set aside for 100% Small Business. The NAICS code is 561720 Janitorial Services, and the Small Business Size Standard is $19.50 million. Read the Solicition CAREFULLY. This RFQ is for Drinking water delivery service to fire different locations located in the Prescott National Forest, Prescott AZ. Drinking water will be delivery to campgrounds during the high traffic seasons and these campgrounds off the main roads and please review Statement Of Work closely. The Forest Service has had this type of service in the past with a firm fix price contract, payment will only be made via IPP.gov, and vender must provide an active SAM.gov Unique Entity ID number with the quote. The contract will be a base plus 4 option year type of award. Award and delivery service starting date is 01 Dec, 2022.
