6/14/2021 This is an amendment to this combined synopsis/solicitation. Below are the following changes: 1) The 1449 and clauses are attached. This was inadvertantly missed on the original posting. 2) The Statment of Work (SOW) mentions services to be provided at least once a month. To clarify this the goverment requires service to be provided on a monthly basis twice from April- September and once a month October to March. Responses on the pricing sheet shall still be submitted monthly. Prices shall be in equal amounts each month, so if the cost from April- September are more than October - March, contractors shall total thier prices then divide them equally over either the 11 base months or 12 optional year months. This is the end of the modification, no other changes are made. This is a solicitation for landscaping services at multiple locations within the Prescott National Forest. Contractors shall submit responses to the Contracting Officer @ christopher.stacy@usda.gov. The submissions shall include a narrative of how they will meet the needs outlined in the attached Statement of Work. Somewhere in this submission the contractor shall provide their DUNS number. Pricing shall only be submitted on the attached pricing sheet giving pricing for the first line item for an initial clean up service to get the sites up to serviceable condition. The other lines shall be prices per month for all sites combined. Should a site visit be required, please contact the Contracting Officer at the email above by close of business on 6/9/2021. Depending on interest a site visit will be scheduled. Attending a potential site visit is not required to submit a response to this solicitation. Questions for this solicitations shall be submitted to the contracting officers email listed above by 06/14/2021.
