Also there is a site visit planned with the following details: A site visit will be held at the Santa Catalina Visitor Center on Wednesday, June 2nd 2021 at 9AM. Contractors that would like to attend are required to email the contracting officer at Christopher.stacy@usda.gov by Monday at 1200. If you do not register you will not be allowed to attend the site visit. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a solicitation for janitorial services at the Santa Catalina Ranger District Offices and Visitor Center. Contractors shall submit responses to the Contracting Officer @ christopher.stacy@usda.gov. The submissions shall include a narrative of how they will meet the needs outlined in the attached Statement of Work. Somewhere in this submission the contractor shall provide their DUNS number. Pricing shall only be submitted on the attached pricing sheet giving pricing per month for the janitorial services.
