This is a Small Susiness set aside. Large business' may submit a Request for Proposal and should the small business not meet the proposal requirements, the large business may be awarded. This is a Best Value Solicitation which will be reviewed by a committee to determine the awarded vender. Apparent awarded vendor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) by Award Notice. Attached: Performance Statement of Work (Statement of Work) Evaluation Criteria Schedule of Items All Requests for Proposals (RFP) will need to sign and return the SOW, Evaluation Criteria, Schedule of Items to kelli.richards@usda.gov
