The United States Forest Service (USFS) Los Padres National Forest (LPF) requires contracted support for an arborist certified assessment report and removal of a dying sycamore tree that has been deemed a threat to federal employee life, health and safety, located behind employee quarters near the USFS Rincon Station in the Santa Barbara Ranger District (RD). The tree is located near the USFS Rincon Station in the Santa Barbera Ranger District of the Los Padres National Forest in Carpinteria, CA. Santa Barbara County. See the schedule of items in attachments. (10) Set-aside Status. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. (11) Closing Response Date. 01/28/2026 no later than 2359 PT.
