This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06 (effective date 10-01-2025). This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 561720, janitorial services and the Small Business Size Standard is $22.0M. Solicitation 127EAT26Q0002 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to submission of quotations to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make a contractor ineligible for award. The San Bernardino National Forest is soliciting quotes on a competitive basis for qualified organizations to enter a firm-fixed-price contract of janitorial services at the Supervisor’s Office, Front Country Ranger Station, and Big Bear Discovery Center & Mountain Top Ranger Station. Responses to solicitation 127EAT26Q0006 must be in accordance with specifications, which can be found in the attached documents.
