This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04. (iv) This procurement is set aside for 100% Small Business. The NAICS code is 561720 and the Small Business Size Standard is $22M. **See attached Solicitation and Statement of Work for full details. The contractor shall plan, program, administer, manage, and execute janitorial services for the Upper Lake Ranger District office, located at 10025 Elk Mountain Rd, Upper Lake, CA 95485.
