The Base Year is only for three (3) months. See attachment " PWS Amend 0002". All questions must be received by 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time Monday, August 26, 2024. _______________________________________________________________ The purpose of AMENDMENT 001 is to: 1) Update the PWS (see attached PWS updated 08202024) , specifically PWS Para. 1 to state the following: The District Office building is approximately 7,531 Square feet and includes (20) offices and/or desk spaces, (5) bathrooms, (2) showers (1) break room, (2) conference rooms, (1) copier room and (1) main lobby. EXCLUDES LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICE. 2) Identify the incumbent contractor; the incumbent contractor is: Reliance Contractors, Contract # 1291S820C0015, Total Dollar amount: $44,880. This contract was for a base and three (3) option years. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number and a statement that the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-06. (iv) This is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 561720 with a Size Standard of $22M. (v) See attached Solicitation 127EAT24Q0082 for Schedule of Items. (vi) Janitorial Services for Monterey Ranger District on the Las Padres National Forest (vii) The date of performance is September 15, 2024- December 14, 2024 for the base year with four (4) Option Years of 12 months per option year. (ix) Basis of Award- Technical Capability based on the Experience/Past performance Questionnaire and Price.
