The scope of the work is to replace a 3-ton HVAC system with a modern in-kind replacement. The contractor shall provide all materials, supervision, labor, etc. required to remove and replace with same or approved equal: Carrier New 60K BTU Multi Speed Single Stage Gas Furnace, 90% AFUE Carrier New 3-ton 16 Seer2 Single Stage Split Condenser. New 3-ton Multi-Position R410A Coil The replacement unit shall match the dimensions, penetrations, opens and electrical connections of the existing HVAC unit being replaced. Contractor shall modify the inlet and outlet transition ducts as required to accommodate the new equipment. New ducts shall be insulated properly. Contractor shall flush out existing cooper lines, provide all equipment and supplies, transportation, labor and parts. Perform all electrical connections to Code. Load system with refrigerant per Manufacturer Specifications, test and balance system. A site visit will be conducted this coming Monday, September 25 at 1300 PST. Offers are due no later than Tuesday, September 26th at 1300 PST.
