This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07. (iv) This procurement is set aside for Total Small Business. The NAICS code is 541611 and the Small Business Size Standard is $16.5M. The USDA Forest Service, Pacific Southwest Region (California), is requesting quotes for leadership training. The contractor shall design and deliver a leadership program that focuses on enhancing organizational results by focusing on individual leadership capabilities and team dynamics through trauma, which includes interactions, community building and resilience. The goal is to develop leaders while improving the overall performance and cohesiveness of the team. The contractor shall provide a program focused on leadership skills to include a comprehensive training curriculum to assist leaders with improving wellbeing, managing stress, increasing resiliency, rebounding from trauma and preparing for critical incidents.
