This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05 effective 10 March 2021. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) with solicitation number 127EAT21Q0032. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 561720 Janitorial Services. Small Business Size Standard is $16.5M. Contractor shall furnish all equipment, labor, supplies, supervision, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform toilet cleaning services in accordance with the requirements and specifications contained herein. Any refuse from restrooms must be removed from National Forest. Government will be responsible for facility maintenance including replacement of broken or vandalized items and vault pumping. Supplies and Services include all restrooms. (NOTE: Bidder must bid on all items). The date and time for receipt of offers is NLT 11 August 2021. 3:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time).
