The intent of this contract is to pump toilet facilities within each individual site, remove and dispose of all effluent, and to clean up all materials spilled as a result of pumping and related activities, inside and surrounding each toilet building. Toilet facilities are located at recreation sites throughout the Eldorado National Forest. See attached map and statement of work for details.
