This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 127EAS24Q0078 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 115310, Size standard of $34 Million. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 and Agriculture Acquisition Regulation (AGAR) last updated 11 March 2021.
