All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Contractor shall furnish all equipment, labor, supervision, transportation, and incidentals necessary to furnish and deliver the Hydraulic Compact Track Loader with independent hydraulic system and heavy duty loader frame, in accordance with the requirements and specifications. The US Forest Service, High Sierra Ranger District, requires a Hydraulic Compact Track Loader (CTL) for use in remote Forest Areas where steep ground and rocky terrain is common. The CTL will support hazardous fuels reduction and Prescribed Fire operations. The Contractor shall furnish all equipment, labor, supervision, transportation, and incidentals necessary to furnish the Hydraulic Compact Track Loader with independent hydraulic system and heavy duty loader frame, in accordance with the requirements and specifications contained herein.
