Amendment 02 The purpose of this amendment is to answers RFI's from the site visit (see attached) and correct amendment 01 response from: Response: "Water and electric is available on site and within 40 feet of site" to "Water and electric is available on site and within 250 feet of site" Amendment 01 The purpose of this amendment is to answers RFI's and announce a site visit date and time. RFI: Other than providing and installing the sewer holding tank(s), is the contractor required to connect to power and water? If so, what is the available water and power and how far is it from the new trailers? Response: Water and electric is available on site and within 40 feet of site. Any additional RFI's must be submitted no later than noon on the 25th of January. Responses to final RFI's will be issued on or about the 29th of January. A site visit has been scheduled for 0900 A.M. on the 23rd of January. Meeting location is Grizzly Flats Fire Station, 6775 String Canyon Road, Grizzly Flats CA, 95636. If you wish to attend the site visit you must email robert.briney@usda.gov by noon on the 22nd of January. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The intent of this project is to acquire structures to provide housing temporarily at Grizzly Flats fire station located at 6775 String Canyon Road, Grizzly Flats CA, 95636. The contractor shall provide accommodations for minimum 5 employees to live there full-time. The unit(s) for living space will contain a full-size kitchen with residential appliances (refrigerator, stove, cooktop etc.). Trailers are temporary and required to come with axles, tire, and tow hitch which are to remain in place. Trailers to be placed and leveled on provided parking pad.
