This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 127EAS23Q0136 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 813312, Size standard of $17 Million. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04 and Agriculture Acquisition Regulation (AGAR) last updated 11 March 2021. The result of this requirement will be a firm fixed priced (FFP) contract.
