Description of Requirement The purpose of this contract is to secure services for a uniform and systematic examination of plantation stocking in 1st year and 3rd year tree plantations using stocking and vegetation plots to identify potential significant competition from vegetation types, percent survival, stocking, distribution of trees per acre (TPA) by species, and identify/categorize damage by type and possible cause. See Attachment 1 SOW for further information. Location Project is located on the Groveland Ranger District of the Stanislaus National Forest. Period of Performance Estimated start date September 25, 2023, and must be completed by November 1, 2023.
