This solicitation is for the precommercial thinning project on the El Dorado National Forest. The intent of this contract is to reduce undesirable trees in reforestation stands by the use of hand held equipment. The areas will be treated in such a way that all technical specifications will be met. The Contractor shall provide everything--including, but not limited to, all equipment, supplies, transportation, labor, and supervision--necessary to complete the project, except for that which the contract clearly states is to be furnished by the Government.
