This solicitation is for landscaping services at the Sequoia National Forest Supervisor's Office. The Sequoia National Forest Supervisor’s Office building is a one-story building containing approximately 10,816 square feet, containing grounds that are landscaped with plants found native to the area. The general areas of focus pertaining to this contract will be on the landscaped areas in the front, back, and both sides of the building, picnic areas in the front and back of the building, parking lots, drainage swales, and surrounding sidewalks located at 220 East Morton Ave, Porterville CA 93257. The work area for this contract includes all improvements on government property south of the fence between the Supervisor’s Office and Porterville Work Center, plus the small picnic area north of the fence boundary underneath the eucalyptus trees, encroaching within the Porterville Work Center which includes hardened surface area, landscaping, and irrigation systems (see appendix A & C for details).
