The basic Scope of Work involves acceptance of DNA samples collected and extracted by the U.S Forest Service, development of ddRADseq libraries from the extracted DNA following the protocols of Dr. Maier, sequencing of the libraries at a similar depth as Dr. Maiers work, and delivery of the final sequencing data to the US Forest Service in the form of FASTQ files.
