COMMERCIAL COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Tahoe NF - Cal-Ida Campground Gravel This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation, RFQ# 127EAS23Q0001. This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 212321, Size Standard of 500 employees. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07 and Agriculture Acquisition Regulation (AGAR) last updated 29 March 2021. The result of this requirement will be a firm fixed priced (FFP) contract. Evaluation criteria for this requirement will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
