This is a combined / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. This is solicitation no.127EAS22Q0071 a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 561720 Janitorial Services. The size standard requirement for this NAICS code is $19.5 million. The government intends to award a single award Firm Fixed Price Contract. This requirement will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13. Award will be made based on price, technical, and past performance.
