AS PER THE GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS IN ATTACHMENTS AND THE FOLLOWING ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Contractor Responsibility: The contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, supplies and transportation to perform the services and ensure that the designated areas present a clean, healthy, orderly and well-kept appearance. Estimated Start Date & Contract Time: Period of Performance for Base Year: August 15, 2022 – October 31, 2022. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: See attached specifications COMMENCEMENT PROSECUTION, AND COMPLETION OF WORK (FAR 52.211-10) (APR 1984) The Contractor shall be required to (a) commence work under this contract within 7 calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed, (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than 45 days after notice to proceed. Work is estimated to begin August 15, 2022 or whatever date is practicable. SITE VISIT: Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. Due to the Covid-19 gathering and travel restriction the Government has not scheduled a Government lead site visit for this project. Policies covering automobiles operated in the United States shall provide coverage of at least $200,000 per person and $500,000 per occurrence for bodily injury and $20,000 per occurrence for property damage or loss. (d) Aircraft Public and Passenger Liability. When aircraft are used in connection with performing the contract, the Contractor shall have aircraft public and passenger liability insurance. Coverage shall be at least $200,000 per person and $500,000 per occurrence for bodily injury, other than passenger injury.
