All other terms and conditions of the original RFQ remain unchanged. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 127EAS22Q0059 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 562910, Size standard of $8 Million. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06 and Agriculture Acquisition Regulation (AGAR) last updated 29 March 2021. The result of this requirement will be a firm fixed priced (FFP) contract. The period of performance of this contract is 12 months from the date of award. An official site visit is not scheduled for this requirement. Most Forest Service land is open to the public and available for contractors to self-view sites. ATTACHMENTS: 1.
