This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04. This procurement is set aside for 100% Small Business. Wage Determination No.: 2015-5621 Revision No.: 16 Dated 03/15/2022 The Contractor shall provide everything--including, but not limited to, all equipment, supplies, transportation, labor, and supervision-necessary to complete the project, except for that which the contract clearly states is to be furnished by the Government.
