The intent of this contract is to establish portable toilet pumping services for the Kern River Ranger District on the Sequoia National Forest. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04. This procurement is set aside for 100% Small Business. The NAICS code is 562991 and the Small Business Size Standard is $8.0M. Wage Determination No.: 2015-5603 Revision No.: 18, 3/15/2022 The Contractor shall furnish all the supervision, labor, equipment, tools and supplies as necessary to pump sewage from portable toilets located in various recreation sites on the Kern River Ranger District, Sequoia National Forest.
