This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 127EAS22Q0031 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-55. This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 561730 and small business size standard is $8.0M. This requirement will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13. Award will be made based on price and past performance. This contract is for the services of a Professional Arborist and/or Tree Work Services to Remove 1 Hazard Tree on NFS Lands on the Mammoth Ranger District on the Inyo National Forest, that has been determined to be a Hazard Tree to Private Infrastructure situated on Private Lands. The hazard tree that is between two private residences but is on Forest Service property. Work is to be done in accordance with attached specifications.
