This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2022-04. This is a Total Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code is 333112, Small Business Size Standard 1,500 employees. The small business size standard for a concern which submits an offer in its own name, other than on a construction or service contract, but which proposes to furnish a product which it did not itself manufacture, is 500 employees. Delivery of 40% Black shade cloth in various sizes (see schedule of items for sizes). Cloth needs to have grommets at 20" to 30" apart (standard of 24" spacing preferred). All edges are to have finished seams and grommets securely installed with appropriate reinforcement to prevent unravelling or tears.
