The purpose of this solicitation is to secure services to annually put up and let down an existing approximately 1.5 mile (8,094 feet) three-wire perimeter exclusion fence along the north, east, and south sides of Segales Meadow. The purpose of this solicitation is to secure services to annually put up and let down an existing approximately 1.5 mile (8,094 feet) three-wire perimeter exclusion fence along the north, east, and south sides of Segales Meadow. The purpose of this solicitation is to secure services to annually put up and let down an existing approximately 1.5 mile (8,094 feet) three-wire perimeter exclusion fence along the north, east, and south sides of Segales Meadow. Request for information (RFI's) are due by the 12th of May. Submit all RFI's to robert.briney@usda.gov. Responses to RFI's will be posted on or about the 16th of May. Due to COVID 19 travel restriction there is no Government lead site visit. Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
