The intent of this contract is to perform cleaning services at developed recreation sites. The intent of this contract is to perform cleaning services at developed recreation sites. Service is to include cleaning inside and outside of toilet facilities and stocking with toilet paper, picking up and disposing of litter and/or refuse surrounding the facilities and from refuse containers at some sites. Toilet facilities are located at Amador Ranger District recreation sites including campgrounds, trailhead parking and picnic areas during the summer season. All toilet facilities are wooden frame or concrete fabricated pit toilets. There is no piped water available at these recreation sites. Submit Request for Information (RFI's) by the 12th of May to robert.briney@usda.gov. Responses to RFI's will be posted on or about the 16th of May. Quotes are due by 3:00 PM PST on the 20th of May. Only emailed quotes will be accepted. Email quotes to robert.briney@usda.gov. Due to the Covid-19 gathering and travel restriction the Government has not scheduled a Government lead site visit for this project. Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
