This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04. This procurement is set aside for total small business. The NAICS code is 115310 and the Small Business Size Standard is $8 million. Description of Work: The intent of this contract is to secure services for vegetation control treatment in and around young conifer regeneration stands. The specified treatment will be the foliar application of herbicide mixtures from backpack sprayers to target vegetation using a shielded directed spray technique.
