Covered Utility Trailer – TNF and Utility Trailers - PNF This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 127EAS22Q0015 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-55. This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 336212 and small business size standard is 1000 employees. This contract is for the delivery of 3 trailers (1 covered utility and 2 utility). The covered utility trailer is to be delivered to Grass Valley, CA. The two utility trailers are to be delivered to Quincy, CA. Delivery is desired as soon as possible, within 120 days after receipt of ARO, but the government understands that there may be longer market lead times. All responses are welcomed with best estimate of realistic delivery date. Preference may be given to vendors with a shorter lead time. The specifications of the trailers are as follows: Covered Utility Trailer – Delivered to 12019 Charles Drive, Grass Valley, CA 95945 1 Each Door may be either barnyard or ramp style Tandem axle covered utility trailer Approx. 6' by 12' with spring suspension Electric drum brakes At least 3/4" plywood flooring and 3/8" plywood walls Utility Trailers – Delivered to 39696 Hwy 70, Quincy, CA 2 Each Cargo space - 16 feet long X 6.4 feet wide Single or Double Axels Payload Minimum – 2500lbs.
